The Triad Fish Van is a gang vehicle based on the Mule van, used by the Triads. The vehicle appears in both Grand Theft Auto III and Grand Theft Auto: Liberty City Stories. The van is used by the Belly-Up Fish and Seafood Processing Plant and Raffles Fish Factory both in Chinatown, Portland Island, Liberty City.
