The brothers, Javier, Jesus and Jose, run The Triangle Club in South Bohan. They work with Playboy X in some business ventures, but the club used to be ran by Playboy's former mentor and boss, Dwayne Forge. When Forge is released from prison in 2008, he hires Niko Bellic to retake the club for him. Bellic goes in and tracks down the three brothers, killing them all.

Directly to the left when Niko enters, he can find Jose.  He is in a small room, counting the Trunchez Brothers' profit.  He does not like to be disturbed when doing this.

Moving down to the stage area, Javier can be briefly seen arguing with a woman over the proper pronunciation of his name.  While he maintains that the "J" is pronounced as an "H," the woman continues (perhaps deliberately) to address him incorrectly.  She pronounces it with the English "J," like "java."

If Niko goes to the back, he can find Jesus, who personally "tests" the new dancers' "talents" in the backroom.

Niko can kill the men in any order.  Usually, he will interrupt one of the brothers as they engage in their activities above.  As soon as Niko kills the first, the other two will evacuate and head for a car outside.  If Niko attempts and fails to kill the first brother, all three will attempt to escape.  The Trunchez brothers have an "every man for himself" attitude, so they will gladly leave a fallen brother behind.  Whatever number of brothers that makes it to the car, Niko must find a vehicle of his own, pursue them, and finish them off.
