The Turismo R is a rather quick vehicle, capable of accelerating from 0 to 60 mph (97 km/h) under 3 seconds, as well as a top speed of 209 mph (337 km/h), according to [[Legendarymotorsport.net]]. This would make it slower than the [[Cheetah]]'s 217 mph (350 km/h). It is also very grippy, owing to its rear mid-engine, rear-wheel-drive layout, but spinouts can still rarely occur otherwise. The Grotti Turismo R is a super car in Grand Theft Auto V and Grand Theft Auto Online. It is the successor to the Turismo, which appeared in Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas, Grand Theft Auto IV, and Grand Theft Auto: Chinatown Wars. The Business Update is required to access this vehicle.

Description

GTA V

Released as part of the Business Update, the Turismo R is inspired by the Lamborghini Sesto Elemento and the Ferrari LaFerrari. The Turismo R also borrows design influences from the McLaren P1 and Marussia B2, having a similar engine cover and similar sides to those of the P1 and a rear also borrowing from that of the B2. The taillights are dual-clustered, similar to the B2 and the Enzo Ferrari (the LaFerrari's predecessor). Like the Jester, the Turismo R uses a rear mid-engine layout, while the Alpha uses a front mid-engine layout.

Performance

The Turismo R is a rather quick vehicle, capable of accelerating from 0 to 60 mph (97 km/h) under 3 seconds, as well as a top speed of 209 mph (337 km/h), according to Legendarymotorsport.net. This would make it slower than the Cheetah's 217 mph (350 km/h). It is also very grippy, owing to its rear mid-engine, rear-wheel-drive layout, but spinouts can still rarely occur otherwise. Braking power is among one of the best, allowing the player to easily force the vehicle to a stop if they are about to crash into something, which can prevent damage to the vehicle and greatly reduce the risk of an Involuntary Ejection (and possibly the risk of being wasted in the process).

Locations

  • Found in protagonists' garages as "Special Vehicles" in GTA V.
  • Can be purchased from Legendarymotorsport.net for $500,000 in GTA Online.
