This easter egg is located on Vice City Stories for both the PSP and the PS2, with subtle differences between the two. Located offshore of the mainland, there is a boat moored on the east side of the island. It is close to the 101 Bayshore Avenue safehouse. As the player swims towards the front of the boat, he will swim underneath 'the boat.
If the camera is adjusted, there will be a sign displaying a message, as well as the "Smiley", as in the same one used in the sign on Liberty City Stories.
