Complaint

Firstly, you didn't explain what you meant by "Statue of a Penis" - now you have explained to me, "Statue of Happiness" does sound like it, so it can go in that article - well spotted. I'm sure you can understand that we do get quite a few people adding nonsense, so unless it is explained then it just seems like spam. I'll add the detail back into the article.
