The page will unprotect itself on the 28th of August. In response to your other message:

Create a redirect-Cable Car links to Sky Car - Creating redirects is easy, just create a page and have it's contents as #REDIRECT[[Name of page you want to redirect to]], I done this one for you.
Delete a redirect-delete the Cable Car redirect for Tram - Done, I didn't delete it, just changed is so it directs to the Sky Car.
Delete a page-delete the wii page - Since it has no GTA games on it, I deleted it. Only admins can delete pages though.
Change the name of a page-change SWAT Tank to S.W.A.T (Vehicle) - We try not to use brackets. See the discussion at Talk:SWAT Tank. Only moderators or admins can move pages.
