Main Page Revamp

It looks great! Just a few things:

• Some of the links across the top ("Login - How-To - Editing...") are duplicated in the "Grand Theft Wiki" column below it. It seems like the row of links is unnecessary.
• There's a new poll, "What was the best of these GTA games?"
• The news sections are inverted; Grand Theft Wiki news is under "Latest Grand Theft Auto News", and GTA news is under "What's New On Grand Theft Wiki".
• The "Starting this wiki" link, under "Helping Out", could be removed.

• Removed the duplicate links across the top.
• Updated the poll
• Fixed the news sections
• Removed the Starting this wiki line.
