Accidental Block

OK, now I realise what my mistake was. The other user was inserting gibberish into pages, but it WAS you that changed "Worst Place in America" to "Best Place in America" here. As you only made one inappropriate edit, I'm not going to re block you just now, but I (or another staff member), will if you make more edits like those.
