I had a bit of trouble understanding that at first, but after looking it up on the Internet, Brian and Mel are Random Characters from GTA IV? Please feel free to add any information about them. The way that this is done for the others, is to make a new article about each character, and then edit add a link to it on the Random Characters page. It's all Wikia, and in fact, it's all MediaWiki. We use the same markup as MANY other wikis including Wikipedia. The only thing changing that is the new WYSIWYG editor that Wikia made (which I disabled)! Biggest GTA Fan Ever^Talk 23:15, 5 February 2009 (UTC)
