Victor "Vic" Manzano was the owner of Bahama Mamas, a popular nightclub in Liberty City. The FIB, LCPD and LVPD wanted him for illegal activities in both Liberty City and Las Venturas.

In 2008, whilst he was supposed to be in Las Venturas for business, he caught his girlfriend Monique giving oral sex to Luis Lopez in his own office when he decided to stay in Liberty City. This enraged him, he grabs Monique by the throat, punches her in the side, throws her down and then spits on her before pulling his gun on Luis, who killed Vic and his guards and escaped the club before the LCPD arrived.

Trivia

  • Vic's last name is revealed as "Manzano" in the Liberty Tree news article, which details his death after completion of Boulevard Baby.
  • Like many characters exclusive to Episodes From Liberty City, Vic didn't have an entry in the LCPD database, even though he was wanted for illegal activities.
