Victor Manzano is the owner of Bahama Mamas, a popular nightclub in Liberty City. Whilst he was supposed to be in Las Venturas, he did not go and caught Monique giving oral sex to Luis. This enraged him and he beat Monique before holding a gun to Luis, who kills Vic and his many guards.

Vic's last name is revealed as "Manzano" according to the Liberty Tree Website, which details his death after completion of Boulevard Baby.
