The Vice City Port Authority is, as the name states, an immigration and port authority in Vice City. It is based in Viceport, opposite the Viceport Military Garage, Phil's Depot and the Boatyard. The Vice City Port Authority's logo consists of the letters VCPA written in blue and contained in a blue square. Various Vice City Port Authority warning signs appear throughout the docks about illegal goods not being able to escape the Port Authority.
