Vice City is a City mentioned in Grand Theft Auto 4 and is a possible destination of the next Grand Theft Auto game due to all its references in previous games. It is advertised on billboards by FlyUS, and is mentioned on the radio that a Homeless Veteran named Jerry Kapowitz found the Diamonds Niko and Packie were after, and plans to open a weapon and liquor store in Vice city.
