Description

The Coil Voltic resembles the unreleased Detroit Electric SP:01 and its base vehicle, the Lotus Exige/Lotus Elise. The headlights also tend to bear some similarities to those of the Hennessey Venom GT, another Lotus-based vehicle. Due to the electricity-related brand and model names and its real-life visual inspirations, the Voltic may be an electric car. As such, a more reasonable real-life counterpart may be the different-looking Tesla Roadster, which is also based on the Lotus and is seen as a status symbol in Los Angeles.

The Voltic can come with either a hard top, carbon roof, or without a roof.

Performance

The Voltic has the highest acceleration power of any vehicle in the game, beating even that of the Zentorno. It performs well in all other aspects, which also make it a well-rounded vehicle. However, as it is front-engined, unlike most of its real-life visual inspirations, the Voltic can be disabled quickly within a small number of large frontal collisions.
