Donald says one thing:
Claude visits Donald Love who, already being involved with real estate in Liberty City, wants to develop more properties. He realizes the cheapest way to buy the land and develop is to start a gang war between the [[Yakuza]] and the [[Colombian Cartel]], who are already enemies. Donald tells Claude to get a [[Cartel Cruiser]] and kill the co-leader of the Yakuza, Kenji Kasen, without leaving the vehicle. Claude drives to the [[Newport Multistory Car Park|car park]] in [[Newport]], runs over Kenji (with the possibility of gaining a [[Wanted Level in GTA III Era#Three stars|3-star wanted level]] in the process), escapes Newport, and leaves the vehicle.

To start this off, get a [[Cartel Cruiser]]. Then drive to the multi-story car park in [[Newport]]. Start going up the car park stories and you'll arrive to the top story, there, the Yakuza and Kenji will be conducting a deal with the FBI and [[Ray Machowski]]. As soon as you're in the top story, both the FBI and the Yakuza will attack you, now whack Kennji! 
 
BUT BEWARE! DO NOT GET OFF THE CARTEL CRUSIER! IF YOU DO, THEN THE MISSION IS FAILED! Simply drive through the [[Uzi]] gunfire and run over Kenji. Then, quickly drive off the ramp at the edge of the car park, do not get out the way you came in, since Yakuza soldatos will be waiting downstairs and they will surely destroy your car, if your Cartel Cruiser is destroyed, the mission is over, you fail!
 
When you are out of the car park. Drive the hell out of Newport before the Yakuza attacks you. When you're out of Newport, get out of the Cartel Cruiser. Mission complete.

Waka-Gashira Wipeout! is a mission in Grand Theft Auto III given to protagonist Claude by media tycoon and businessman Donald Love from the Love Media building in Bedford Point, Staunton Island, Liberty City.

Note: This mission prevents the player from completing Kenji Kasen's missions, which means that the player should complete Kenji's missions before doing this mission if they want to achieve 100% completion.

Mission

Claude visits Donald Love who, already being involved with real estate in Liberty City, wants to develop more properties. He realizes the cheapest way to buy the land and develop is to start a gang war between the Yakuza and the Colombian Cartel, who are already enemies. Donald tells Claude to get a Cartel Cruiser and kill the co-leader of the Yakuza, Kenji Kasen, without leaving the vehicle. Claude drives to the car park in Newport, runs over Kenji (with the possibility of gaining a 3-star wanted level in the process), escapes Newport, and leaves the vehicle.
