Character history
Wayne is, in 2013, a resident of Vinewood Hills, Los Santos who owns a Rapid GT, which has a carbon wing spoiler added to the car by Hao at [[Los Santos Customs].. Wayne is on parole although the reason for his being on parole is unknown.
