The Wheelchair is a very slow vehicle in Grand Theft Auto: London 1969. Its speed is just as fast as a pedestrian walking and is definitely not the best getaway vehicle. It can be spotted near hospitals.
There is a unuseable wheelchair in Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas located in Fisher's Lagoon (see Myths in GTA San Andreas for more info).
Wheelchair-bound characters
