White Lies is a mission in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories given to protagonist Victor Vance by his brother Lance Vance from their home in Ocean Beach, Vice City.
Mission
Victor drops by Lance's apartment. Lance asks what he's doing there and after a while Louise, Victor's girlfriend, appears from the kitchen who says she and Lance got high together which angers Victor and after a long going argument, Lance runs outside to a chopper and threatens to give away all of his coke around the city. Victor then follows his chopper which drops a package spread all around Ocean Beach, in a hovercraft and collects as many packages as he can, completing the mission.
Script
(Louise, Victor, Lance at Lance's apartment)
Lance Vance: Hee! Alright, baby! This is the Lance Vance Dance! You got to... pop it... and, uh, lock it... Yeah! Woo!
Victor Vance: So this is where the coke is going? Up your nose?
Lance Vance: Hey, Vic...
Victor Vance: "Hey, Vic"?
Lance Vance: What're you doing here?
Victor Vance: You had me running around town like a psycho, and all the while you're siphoning it off for your personal use. You are unbelievable.
Lance Vance: Hey... I'm sorry. Uh... Look, can we talk about this later?
Louise Cassidy-Williams: Oh... Hey, Vic... Shit...
Victor Vance: Louise! What the hell is going on?
Lance Vance: Well, uh, um... Uh, bro... 'Ey, 'ey, bro, it ain't nothing like that!
Louise Cassidy-Williams: I wouldn't do that to you... I just needed something to take my mind off things.
Victor Vance: So you fucked my brother?
Louise Cassidy-Williams and Lance Vance: NO!
Louise Cassidy-Williams: We just get high together! Goddamn, you are so judgmental, like you're a damn saint or something. Why are you being such an asshole?
Victor Vance: You are a mess.
Louise Cassidy-Williams: And you're wonderful. A wonderful drug dealing, thieving murderer.
Lance Vance: Oh, come on, guys.
Victor Vance: I was doing it for us.
Louise Cassidy-Williams: Who're you trying to kid? You don't give a shit about me.
Victor Vance: Not now I don't.
Louise Cassidy-Williams: You know what? You make me wanna puke, you self-righteous dick!
Victor Vance: Ah, get lost!
Louise Cassidy-Williams: Stay away from me, you sick bastard! You're a phoney, Vic Vance.
Lance Vance: What are you gonna do?
Victor Vance: Thanks a lot, Lance!
Lance Vance: What?! Listen, who cares? It's my coke. It's all my coke, and I'll do with it whatever I damn well please!
(Lance runs outside to a chopper and Vic goes after him)
Victor Vance: Lance, come back here!
Lance Vance: Shut up! You're always telling me what to do! But if it wasn't for me, we wouldn't have any of this! If I wanna take coke, I will! If I wanna give it away, I will! And I'm gonna give it away! All of it! And you can't stop me!
Victor Vance: Lance! Don't be stupid!
Reward
The reward for completing this mission is $1,500 and the unlocking of mission Where it Hurts Most as well as the Bovver '64 being available for purchase at The Clymenus Suite safehouse.
