Wichita Gardens is characterized by the housing projects for Liberty City's low-paid population stratum. It is controlled by the Nines and the Red Jacks (Southside Hoods). Several bloody gang wars take place in this location throughout GTA III & Claude Speed ends up fighting most of them after his orders are recieved through an outside line.
