In San Andreas, the car has an average top speed, but it suffers from understeer. The [[GTA IV]] Willard is very possibly the worst all-round car in the game. It has sluggish performance, with massive amounts of understeer and body roll.

The Willard is a four-door car that is available in Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas, as well as in Grand Theft Auto IV. The car was featured in the third trailer for GTA IV, Move Up, Ladies, as a chase car driven by loan sharks. It is also seen in both missions, It's Your Call (driven by two Albanian loan skarks) and Bleed Out (driven by Dardan Petrela).

In San Andreas, the car is usually found in Los Santos.

In GTA IV, it's usually found around Dukes and Hove Beach, but rarely you can encounter it. It can also be seen in two missions; It's Your Call and Bleed Out.
