Willy Valerio is the co-leader of the Northwood Dominican Drug Dealers with Teddy Benavidez. He is 29 and originally from South Bohan. He has several criminal convictions, including Grand Theft Auto in 1998, possession of crack cocaine in 2001, and assault in 2005. Valerio is said to be trying to expand the gang's drug dealing horizons but is having serious trouble due to African-American gangsters in the area. It is unknown what happened to him after the death of Teddy, but he most likely became full leader of the gang. Due to his connections with Luis Fernando Lopez ^{[Verification Needed]}, Willy may make an appearance in The Ballad of Gay Tony.
