The Zirconium Building is an Art Deco skyscraper, located near the Rotterdam Tower in Algonquin and is the Liberty City equivalent of New York's Chrysler Building. It is the second tallest building in the game, the tallest being the aforementioned Rotterdam Tower. It houses the Zirconium automobile corporation.
