	The player's objective is to fly above the highlighted places in the [[Vice City in GTA III Era\|Vice City]] mainland and use the water inside the winch attached to the helicopter to put out any fires. If the player runs out of water they can refill it by flying above the sea and put the winch inside the water. The mission consists of 5 levels and each level is passed by returning to the fire station. The player puts out fires on notable spots around the city including the [[Fort Baxter Air Base]] and the Vice City ~~paintworks~~, amongst others.
