There are a range of message boxes that can be used on Grand Theft Wiki.

This help page explains the various [[:Category:Message Box Templates|message box templates]] (mbox) that can be used to create specific-use message boxes.

==Templates==
Each of these templates has a range of parameters. These outputs are of the defaults, with the text= parameter used to select the content.

==Types==
Each of the above mboxes can be used to output different ''types'', which changes the colours and images of the mbox depending on its intended usage.

The below examples use the {{template|ambox}} template (article message box), but the same type parameter exists on all the above mboxes.
