==Character history==
Kelly is, in [[2013]], a resident of [[Los Santos in GTA V|Los Santos]] who lives with her mother. Her uncle, [[Walter]], acts as her father figure after her father abandoned the family. She begins to hang out with members of [[The Lost Brotherhood]] and goes missing for three days in late 2013. Her uncle, with [[Franklin Clinton]], confronts her and the gang members at [[Voodoo Pl]] in the [[Port of Los Santos]]. The gang members begin shooting at Walter who, with Franklin's help, kills the gang members with Kelly having fled the scene during the gun fight.
