==Mission==
Jonnie has spotted some 'suspicious characters' driving by the bar and wants some fire power just in case. He knows that there is some illegal weapons at [[Portland Harbor]] and he wants Mike to take a [[Rocket Launcher|rocket launcher]]. Mike drives to the docks, knowing they are being guarded by the weapons smugglers, and kills all of the guards. He then takes the rocket launcher and returns to the bar, handing the rocket launcher to Jonnie.
