The building is located just behind the [[Downtown Vice City Police Station|downtown police station]]. Only in GTA VCS, at night are lit several neon letters in which the name of Rockstar, which indicates that this is his name, plus is a reference to [[Rockstar Games]]. The roof of the building is inaccessible because the game helicopters can not reach that height.

In Grand Theft Auto: Vice City is also listed but no longer has the suffix "Rockstar" at the top of the building. In this installment of the building is accessible and is represented as several offices. In the mission [[G-Spotlight]], this is the first point which will have to pass, up the stairs of the building (located on the side), reaching inside to the elevator and go to the office to catch up momentum and jump out the window of this building to get to another building next door.
