Vic Vance lives. Based on the evidence, any commentary to the contrary is claptrap. His fate can no longer be determined by the author(s). Their indecisiveness left his destiny to the non prejudicial, non bias interpretation of gta common gaming sense. The type of sense that kicks in when the writers try to rectify control of fate from the stories gaming evidence, but risk making themselves look stupid in the process.
