+Adam Dimayev is a Russian criminal who was financing terrorist activities back in Russia. When he went to [[Liberty City in GTA IV era|Liberty City]], he stole cars to get money. Later, he was located by the [[LCPD]] and [[U.L. Paper]] gave [[Niko Bellic]] the order to [[Portrait of a Killer|kill Dimayev]]. U.L. Paper sent a picture to Niko, which he loaded into an [[LCPD]] vehicle and was able to find Dimayev's file, including his locations. Niko drove to Dimayev and killed all his guards. Niko wouldn't have to kill Dimayev, just all of his guards though.
