Simplified a paragraph of trivia to a sentence, no need to lecture people on how to obtain it before Cut Throat Business.

Once you buy Wang Cars, enter the Go Go Karting race, but instead of racing, head to the closest safe house, usually the one at the gas station in Doherty. Drive it into your garage, and let the timer count down. DO NOT get in the kart. Stand outside until the timer runs out. You will be disqualified, and reappear at Wang Cars. Head to the Doherty safe house you just put the Kart in, and when the garage door opens, it should be there. It is now a normal free-roamin Kart.
