	It begins when Cesar asks Carl to the roof to take down T-Bone Mendez's security in order to get access. Once the guards are down, Mendez and [[Ryder]] arrive to Pier 69. The two take down the Ballas in order to get to Mendez. Once the two get to Mendez, they kill him, but Ryder escape from the attack by swimming to a nearby island and steal a boat.
