These random encounters are coming back in a bigger way in GTA V. When Franklin drove around Vespucci Beach briefly in the demo, we noticed a Jesus-looking preacher dressed in white robes speaking to his flock. He is just one of many pedestrians who have more to offer than a witty one-liner.&#039;&#039;&#039;<br /> <br /> Considering he will most likely be a side character akin to Eddie Low and we have a physical description of him, I felt it reasonable to create a page based around the guy.<br /> <br /> - IdesofMarch</div>
