	Not knowing the American ''Mr Softee'' name, my bother and I have always assumed that ''Mr Whoopee'' is a reference to ''Mr Whippy'', which is the name of an ice cream truck company in Australia, and after a quick Google search, I discovered that a similarly named company exists in the UK. Is this possible at all? Though the double ''ee'' on the end makes it look like it could be from ''Softee'', and it IS set in the US ~~(which is where the GTA games are made)~~.
