			It's almost impossible for TV, movies, and video games to get the age/rank ratio right due to how many variables there are when it comes to rising in the ranks. A P2 who's exceptionally good at his MOS might get promoted to PFC over a year before other P2s, for example. 	No i personally do not believe that it is infact Vic. Theres just to many differences between him in VCS and VC. If that guy (in VC) is vic then hes had a serious Meth/Crack addiction, Hes all out of shape, he dont look like Vic, hes accent is different and not to mention the way he easily dies as hes proberbly the best guy with a gun than everyone else in that scene. The only way i can think of is that VC came out first and rockstar may of thought that they wouldnt add another VC game to the series. Saying that it would be really stupid of him to die that easily.
