Hi, Welcome to Grand Theft Wiki. Your edits are greatly appreciated and I hope you intend to stay. Regarding Martha's Mug Shot, I don't buy my games on PC, they're all on console, and I own GTA Vice City on PS2. Here's the story:

I had the idea to land on the building while my brother was playing, so he did. He could take photos but they didn't count, he could only discard them. We then failed the mission many times. When I was playing the next day without him, I decided to try again, but I would go to the intended place first, and that's when it worked. I think the reason is that the objective is get to the destination (but not in those words), and once you reach the destination the objective is get some photos, but it doesn't rely on you being in that place.

As for it working for you, well, I don't know. I would give it a go but my PS2 no longer works and even if it did I would have to play almost the whole game to get up to that, and you don't know how bored I am of GTA Vice City because it was the GTA game I played for the most time (there's another story behind that). Anyway, remember that there are many different versions of the game, even on the same console. On top of that, I own the Australian version which is different again (only for censorship, but who knows). I'm going to research this, Thanks for coming to me.
