==Character history==
Walter is, in [[2013]], a construction worker based in [[Los Santos in GTA V|Los Santos]]. He became a father figure to his niece [[Kelly]] when her father left her and her mother and attempted to teach her things such as sex and drugs after marriage. In late [[2013]] he phones the [[Downtown Cab Co.]] and asks for a driver who can handle themselves. The company manager, [[Raul]], asks the owner [[Franklin Clinton]] to pick Walter up at the [[Ammu-Nation]] at the corner of [[Adam's Apple Blvd]] and [[Elgin Ave]] in [[Pillbox Hill]]. Walter asks Franklin to drive him to the [[Port of Los Santos]], at the end of [[Voodoo Pl]], where his niece is with some members of [[The Lost Brotherhood]] having been missing for three days.

He describes the Lost gangsters as glam rock rejects, that they only act tough, that they had no friends at school and are now acting out their homoerotic dreams. As they approach the location, Walter hands Franklin a [[Pistol|gun]] on the way. At the end of the road, Walter gets out of the vehicle and confronts The Lost Brotherhood gangsters in an attempt to get his niece back. The Lost, however, begin shooting at Walter leading to Franklin providing back up for Franklin and killing The Lost gangsters present. Walter then warns Franklin to leave the area before the [[LSPD in GTA V|police arrive]].
