Bijou Phillips
Bijou Lilly Phillips (born 1 April 1980 in Greenwich, Connecticut), also credited as Bijoux Phillips and Bisou Phillips, is an American actress, model and singer. She has starred in films like Bully, Tart and Havoc. She lent the voice of Helena Wankstein in Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas.
