Carmel Corn

Carmel Corn is a small outdoor business located in Yacht Harbor in Santa Maria Beach, Los Santos. It has two shops on the pier. They sell Carmel Corn (or popcorn), drinks and fried dough. The player cannot access the interior of these small shops nor can they buy from them, but they can see inside.
