Del Perro Heights
Del Perro Heights is an apartment building featured in Grand Theft Auto V and Grand Theft Auto Online. It is located on Prosperity Street in Del Perro, Los Santos, near the Marathon Avenue intersection.
Aside from being mostly a residential building, it is also where the Simpson, Cochrane & Bailey and Feist & Welch LLP offices are located, as seen in the entrance sign.

In GTA Online, apartments 4, 7 and 20 are available for purchase through Dynasty8realestate.com. Apartment 4 was included on the High Life Update and has a different interior from other apartments.
