Forums GTA Broken/Wierd occurences in Tierra Robada

There are wierd occurences in Tierra Robada.Usually near El Castillo El Diablo:Random Aircraft crashes,Motorcycles driving by themselves, cars exploding for no reason(like in chaos mode). Its is really wierd. It happened to me and my friend during 2-player mode andat the very tip of the map with the shack and truck in 2-player if u jump into the water you will go down and act like you are in land.(Not sure but usually happens to me)Really wierd stuff.Try it and contact me if same things happen to you.

Hello! Some of what you described is not too surprising, namely random aircraft crashes...those are common all over the map, especially with tall objects around (such as near El Castillo del Diablo). Exploding cars are also quite common, especially if you hang around near a road for long enough...drivers in San Andreas are frighteningly bad (as I'm sure you know), so they often flip their cars, ram them so often that they catch fire and explode, or fire too many bullets into a nearby car. If you hang out around a highway long enough, you'll get to witness the ultimate carnage of a pile-up in which someone's car explodes, causing a massive chain reaction (see image).
However, motorcycles driving themselves is a new one to me, but there are ghost cars in several locations, so that's not too shocking, but I'll check into that on both PS2 and PC. Now, the walking on land while underwater thing is quite odd, and probably just a glitch due to 2-player mode, but I'll look into that as well. I'll be back.  :-) EganioTalk 23:59, 24 June 2008 (UTC)
Well, I tried to get the game to do the things you mentioned, but am unable to recapitulate what you saw on either PS2 or PC. Are you using cheats? If so, this might serve as a partial explanation, but outside of that, I'm stumped! :-P EganioTalk 19:15, 29 June 2008 (UTC)

Now, I don't want to be mean about "ghost cars" but I just founded out that there not ghost cars, but are called "beaters". They handle the same just like normal cars, except that it cannot be repaired of modified, just like the three beaters from GTA IV,the Emperor (car), Vigero and Sabre, except they handle differently and so is their car horns. R* did managed to improve these so-called "ghost cars". MetaCracken 13:52, 2 August 2008 (UTC)

Ah, I have to disagree! The cars are in fact "ghost"-like in the fact that they sometimes mysteriously roll down hills and do other strange things without drivers (the one in Back o' Beyond is a good example). Sometimes, the beaters do show up as non-ghost cars, such as at the Angel Pine Junkyard, but I do agree that they can never be repaired. Check out the "spooky" ones, though. :-) EganioTalk 08:20, 4 August 2008 (UTC)
