Rollo Tomassi is a character in Grand Theft Auto 2. Claude Speed pays Tomassi in order to get a package to pay off a police officer[1] The package, however, turns about to be a bomb, which kills the officer.
The name "Rollo Tomassi" is a reference to the movie "L.A. Confidential".
