Should there be something in the title that points out that the road is windy (the shape) and not windy(the weather condition cause that's what I though of when I first saw it. --LuisFernandoLopez 19:34, 9 June 2009 (UTC)

Kart?

Is it just my console, or does the Kart never spawn at the top of the stairs? I know what stairs theyre talking about, and I've finished every storyline mission, but I've never seen the Kart spawn there once.


Has anyone had this happen?
