Tommy is a random character you encounter in Grand Theft Auto: Chinatown Wars. He got two missions, the first is that he wants you to steal the ammunationtruck and the second is that he can´t get his new weapon to work so Huang helps him with that problem and Tommy goes mayhem in the area. You will get a two stars wanted level and the missions objective is to get rid of it.
