Vikky is a minor character in The Ballad of Gay Tony and a female resident on Columbus Avenue in Middle Park, Algonquin. She is frequently seen at Maisonette 9 and the player can get Luis Lopez to dance with her. If he impresses her enough with his dancing, they will have sex in the ladies' toilets, after which she will give him her number. Luis can call her for a booty call.
