Wayne is a character in the HD Universe who appears on the official Grand Theft Auto V website.

Character history

Wayne is, in 2013, a resident of Vinewood Hills, Los Santos who owns a Rapid GT, which has a carbon wing spoiler added to the car by Hao at [[Los Santos Customs].. Wayne is on parole although the reason for his being on parole is unknown.

The cats at Los Santos Customs really look after you. When I explained my current predicament concerning my parole officer, they installed a carbon wing spoiler that helps me hit just the right angle whenever I roll through a busy intersection.
