ASC Games (The American Softworks Corporation) is a computer and video game publishing company that was founded in 1992 and soon became a major publisher for games on the NES, SNES and Sega Genesis. ASC was also the publisher of the first Grand Theft Auto game for the PC and PlayStation (in 1997, developed by DMA Design), before Rockstar Games resumed publishing for other Grand Theft Auto games, as well as GTA1.

ASC was based in Darien, Connecticut until the company closed down in January 2000.
