The Airtrain from GTA Vice City

The Airtrain (name based on the model file) or Aeroplane (name based on the text file) is a passenger airplane that appears in Grand Theft Auto III, Grand Theft Auto: Vice City, Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas, Grand Theft Auto: Liberty City Stories and Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories. It is not meant to be piloted by the payer. The name is likely a play on "Airbus", but looks like a Boeing 727 In GTA III, GTA Vice City and GTA San Andreas, the Airtrain is not solid. Simply spawning the Airtrain using trainers or modifications will crash the game. The Airtrain's flight path is determined by the flight.dat file. In GTA San Andreas, the Airtrain has no texture, so only the model (entirely colored in white) can be seen out-game. In GTA Liberty City Stories it is solid, however, touching it (except the wings) will kill the player and destroy their vehicle. In GTA Vice City Stories it is still solid, but touching it doesn't kill the player, instead they will lose some health.

Trivia

• In GTA Liberty City Stories, if the player is driving a vehicle toward the Airtrain, and bails out, the vehicle will not explode after crashing into the Airtrain. However, re-entering the vehicle will detonate it, and the player will die or loses a lot of Health.
• In GTA Vice City Stories the player can enter the Airtrain and can change radio station and camera view, though it is impossible to leave or control it.
