Alve's Gang

Alve's Gang is a gang in Grand Theft Auto 1. The leader of the gang is Alve, not much is known about Alve other than him wanting to start a gang war with Paco and his gang (in order to kill Paco). They gang is located in San Andreas, where Alve lives.
