Army Fatigues

The Army Fatigues are the automatic outfit given to Victor Vance in the army during the beginning of Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories, after the mission "Conduct Unbecoming", Victor is kicked out of the army so the clothes can't be used anymore. Upon the completing of the mission Over The Top, this outfit is again unlocked and can be worn in the game anytime. By wearing this, the player has the right to enter the Fort Baxter Air Base without being shot at.
