Barracks OL
Overview
Barracks OL is big military truck based on Flatbed. It exist in all GTA3 era games. Routinely used to haul troops to stop rampaging players, this is also a driveable vehicle found on military installations or in GTA3, find one inside Phil Cassidy's compound.
Handling
Although it is one of the heaviest vehicles in game it is faster, than 2 tons lighter Flatbed. It's ramming power is awersome, it can easily go through SWAT roadblock. As it is long, and got 2 rear axles it is understeer at higher speeds. Barraks OL is all wheel drive, but because of it's size we can easily get stuck in terrain.

In GTA3 we can find one bulletproof Barracks OL in Ray's mission in which we have to help Phil to stop attackers from cartel.
